These Terms & Conditions are provided as practical website terms for NeoGennie visitors and prospects. They are not legal advice, and attorney review is recommended before relying on them as final contractual terms, especially for regulated industries, sensitive data, or complex AI implementations.
NeoGennie is an approved DBA of Champlain Consulting Services LLC, which was registered in 2021. References to “NeoGennie,” “we,” “us,” or “our” refer to Champlain Consulting Services LLC doing business as NeoGennie.
Champlain Consulting Services LLC, registered in 2021 and doing business as NeoGennie, provides packaged and custom Agentic AI implementation services for small businesses, including digital presence, lead generation, customer response, internal knowledge support, automation, business-specific process optimization, custom workflows, and custom AI agent projects.
Website descriptions are general. The specific scope, deliverables, timelines, assumptions, tools, support level, pricing, and responsibilities for any paid engagement will be defined in a written proposal, order form, agreement, or statement of work. If there is a conflict, the signed written agreement controls.
NeoGennie solutions are designed to improve systems that support leads, response time, efficiency, consistency, and operating capacity. We do not guarantee a specific number of leads, sales, savings, revenue, rankings, conversion rates, uptime, or other business outcomes. Results depend on market conditions, offer quality, traffic, data quality, client follow-through, integrations, and other factors outside our control.
Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, timely feedback, access to required systems, approved content, business rules, legal/compliance requirements, and responsible human oversight. Clients must review AI outputs, chatbot answers, workflows, and customer-facing content before relying on them for important business decisions.
AI systems can produce inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, biased, or unexpected outputs. NeoGennie tools are not a substitute for professional legal, financial, medical, insurance, compliance, or tax advice. Sensitive, regulated, high-impact, or customer-critical decisions should include human review and appropriate escalation paths.
Services may depend on third-party platforms such as hosting providers, email tools, calendars, CRMs, spreadsheets, automation tools, AI model providers, analytics, payment processors, and customer systems. NeoGennie is not responsible for third-party outages, policy changes, pricing changes, data practices, feature removals, or limitations outside our control.
Fees, payment schedule, recurring support charges, taxes, cancellation terms, late-payment handling, and refund rules will be stated in the applicable proposal, invoice, order form, or statement of work. Placeholder website pricing, if shown, is informational and may change based on scope and implementation requirements.
Unless a written agreement says otherwise, Champlain Consulting Services LLC doing business as NeoGennie retains ownership of pre-existing methods, templates, frameworks, know-how, reusable code, workflows, prompts, and generic implementation assets. Client-provided materials remain the client’s materials. Ownership or licensing of final deliverables should be defined in the applicable written agreement.
Each party should use reasonable care to protect confidential business information shared for consultations or implementation. Confidentiality obligations, exclusions, permitted disclosures, and security requirements may be expanded in a written agreement, NDA, proposal, or statement of work.
You agree not to use the website, chatbot, forms, or NeoGennie services to submit unlawful, harmful, abusive, infringing, deceptive, malicious, regulated, or sensitive information without proper authorization. You may not attempt to disrupt the website, bypass security controls, scrape protected content, or misuse AI systems to harm others.
To the maximum extent allowed by applicable law, Champlain Consulting Services LLC doing business as NeoGennie is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or lost-profit damages arising from website use, chatbot use, third-party tools, or services. Any direct liability should be limited as stated in the applicable written agreement.
Either party may stop exploratory discussions at any time. For paid engagements, termination rights, notice periods, final payment obligations, transition support, access removal, and data-return or deletion steps should be defined in the applicable proposal, subscription terms, or statement of work.
